9. Refunds have been as fast as 7 working days last year - lodged Monday morning and money banked Tuesday night of next week.  The Tax Office advises 14 working days for refund to be deposited to your bank (last year my clients averaged about 10 days or 8 working days) from lodgement to receipt of refund.

• Fees are payable in full when the return is delivered to you for signing.  Payment can be made in Cash, Direct Credit or by EFTPOS using your Debit card by Credit card.   We reserve the right to charge a small fee for use of EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities to recover our additional costs.
